The Association offers social gatherings throughout the year, such as:

• Mother’s Day and Father’s Day celebrations
• Sunday members’ lunches
• Annual children’s party
• Annual Dinner Dance and
• New Year’s Eve function
• Friday social nights for second generation and younger generations
• Classic Friday night ‘kafeneio’ club for first generation members where all are welcome

We hold cultural events such as book launches and lectures and commemorative memorial services and wreath laying ceremonies to honour those who fought and died during the Greek War of Independence.

The Panarcadian Association of Melbourne and Victoria “O Kolokotronis” looks forward to increasing our collaboration with the broader Greek community and other community groups, while retaining traditional links with our rich Arcadian heritage.
